Yes. Applicable plans include our Triple Biocheck, which tests for bacterial activity associated with corrosion, slime, fouling, and treatment loss. For most systems, the panel tests for iron-related bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria, and slime-forming bacteria.
For systems treated with nitrite, we replace the iron-related bacteria test with a denitrifying bacteria test. Denitrifying bacteria can consume the nitrite used as a corrosion inhibitor, reducing the system's protection even when no obvious biological growth is visible. This adjusted panel gives us more useful information about the risks specific to a nitrite-treated system. If bacterial activity is detected, we explain what was found and recommend the appropriate response.
If we identify something that needs prompt attention, your Technical Service Manager will contact you and explain the next steps. We will not simply flag the result in a report and leave you to interpret it.
Yes. We work with closed loops containing glycol. We evaluate the glycol concentration, condition, freeze protection, pH, and inhibitor reserve before making a recommendation. Let us know what type of glycol is in the system and, if possible, which product was originally used.
Yes, but aluminum requires the right treatment approach. Products that are suitable for steel or copper may not be appropriate for aluminum. We review the system's materials and the equipment manufacturer's requirements before recommending treatment.
Yes. We will review the products currently in the system, the available treatment history, and your first set of test results before recommending changes. In many cases, the existing treatment can remain in place while we determine what the system actually needs.
Yes. When treatment is needed, we provide a recommended dosage based on the system volume, test results, existing water chemistry, and treatment objective. It is important that the system information you provide is as accurate as possible so we can calculate the dosage correctly.
Not always. Many closed loops already have a pot feeder, chemical feed tank, or another suitable addition point. If your system does not, we can help you determine what is needed and coordinate with your facility staff or mechanical contractor.
It depends on the plan. The Monitoring Plan provides testing, monitoring, and reporting without chemical supply. Core plans include inhibitor chemical based on the selected system size. Chemical supply for customized programs is determined as part of the program design.

Yes. Your test results and treatment recommendations are reviewed by a water-treatment professional. We don't send an automatically generated report and leave you to figure it out. You'll have someone who can explain what the results mean and what you should do next.
Contact your Technical Service Manager by phone or email and explain what changed, when it happened, and whether the system is still operating. Include photos, recent readings, or repair information when available. If the situation involves an immediate safety risk or active equipment failure, follow your facility's emergency procedures and contact the appropriate onsite service provider first.
Yes. With your permission, we can discuss sampling, test results, treatment recommendations, and system changes with the people responsible for operating or servicing your equipment. This helps everyone work from the same information.
